The Aeolians have their own cuisine, offering dishes which taste quite different from anywhere else. Aeolian and Sicilian typical products are combined in simple but original ways to both satisfy the palette and contribute to physical well-being.

located on the first floor with its view overlooking the bay of Lipari, is the Carasco traditional restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served.

The daily menu offers a choice of 4 first courses, 4 second courses, a variety of vegetables and sweets and fresh fruits.

·         Children up to three years old in double room with adults: free of charge; meals not included.

·         Third bed in triple rooms (standard, superior or exclusive): 30% of reduction.

·         Fourth bed in quadruple rooms (standard or superior): 30% reduction

·         Third and fourth bed for children up to 12 years of age: 50% of reduction.

·         Extras

·         Cot: €10 per day.

·         Double Single Use 70% surcharge on the Bed and breakfast rate ( no in F, G and H )

·         Extra meal € 35 (drinks excluded).

·         Outdoor car park: € 10 (per night).
